| Professional Development |
A well designed appraisal system suitable for each level of employment identifies professional development needs of individuals. The HR team builds up training requirement in tune with the objectives of the Company, the division and in consultation with the divisional head and the concerned person to design an individualized training program.
Programs are designed internally or alternatively, you can be sent for a program to an identified training school which includes the leading IIMs, XLRI or even ISB. Technical upgradation is an ongoing program for which bi-monthly sessions are held for topics pre-determined by concerned members.
